How We Support Growth

Our Supported Employment model includes:

Individualised on-the-job support

Experienced supervisors provide hands-on guidance tailored to each employee’s current capacity and goals

We focus on how work is performed supporting independence, consistency, quality and confidence

Clear routines, visual supports and workplace adjustments help employees succeed

Where applicable, wages are assessed fairly and lawfully under the Supported Wage System (SWS), based on current productive capacity

Regular reviews align with NDIS goals and personal aspirations, celebrating progress and planning next steps

We support employees who wish to explore open employment, adjust participation, or plan for retirement with dignity and structure
